Tip: Climb Stairs

Climbing real stairs is an excellent aerobic way to burn calories and achieve cardiovascular fitness without having to go to a gym and do aerobics or buy aerobic exercise equipment.

Just make sure to begin at ground level and climb 2 stairs at a time in a steady, controlled lunging motion.


Don´t make the mistake of running down the stairs as this could lead to injury. Descend the stairs slowly.
