In my previous post I have explained the reasons to train Glutes muscles. I am sure you all will consider my advise on this. To make your training more intensive, you can incorporate weights in this routine.

In this video you will 2 different way to hit your Glutes muscles with intensity. You can choose the weight as per your fitness level. In stead of Dumbbells you can use Barbells as well.
