High Intensity Training with Neeraj Mehta




Friday is the BMX Cross Fit Day in Fitness Alive. A very High intensive session for 40 minutes. you remember that dialogue from Chak de India, that 70 minutes one. Ya!!! you thought right, I can say the same line about this session as well. ye 40 minutes tumhari jindgi ke sabse kimti 40 minutes hain.
Well, no kidding guys, the session is really effective in building cardio strength, improving lung diffusion capacity, building muscle strength and endurance. To give you a glimpse of what I mean I have linked a video of this Friday's session. Have a look !!!
