“All about body movement” By Fitness Expert and nutritionist Neeraj Mehta

Understand the human body mechanism and learn how to increase strength and maintain flexibility with Neeraj Mehta. The Mumbai-based fitness therapist will be conducting a special free workshop on body engineering and lifestyle, today in the city.

The workshop is open to all and will offer a set of techniques that participants can include in their daily fitness routine to improve strength and maintain flexibility without causing injury. Participants will learn techniques that are a part of Mehta’s trademark exercises BMXStrength, BMXCrossFit and SteelFlex, and understand how the body mechanism works while walking, sitting and standing.
