when everybody wants to look their best. This is the time to show off in your
shorts and t-shirts. But before you can do that, you need to start working out.
And what you need to remember is that the heat will make it harder to push
yourself. Exercises like running, cycling, cross training and intensive
training will make you more exhausted. So here’s how you can work out and still
stay cool.
- Choose dry fit gear that can absorb or clear sweat.
- Drink plenty of water before, during and after the session to keep you hydrated.
- Modify or intensify your workout according to the temperature.
- Exercise in a properly ventilated indoor area with fans or AC.
- Divide your workout in short duration sessions.
- Watch for electrolyte imbalance.
- Take cold showers after the workout to help cool off.
- Take an expert advice or do it under supervision
- Exercise according to your fitness level
- Never compromise with the technique
