A healthy and nutritious diet is
essential and should be maintained. Generally people do not give much
importance to breakfast and the main reason for skipping breakfast by them is
‘’time’’ and ‘’hectic schedules’’. It is very important to start your day with
a healthy and nutritious meal in order to fuel your brain and keep your body active.
So instead of skipping breakfast add up these healthy, quick and nutritious
packaged breakfasts to your shopping list.
1.)GREEK YOGURT AND GRANOLA:
Yogurt is a great choice to start your day.
It contains protein, calcium and the added benefit of probiotics. Adding a
touch of sweetness from fruit or cereal helps balance out the tart taste.
Yogurt and granola together is a great combo, offering almost 30 grams of
protein and 20 percent of your calcium for the day. Granola is quite rich in
calories too so you need to keep a check if you are managing your weight.
2.)PANCAKES:
Pancakes are usually reserved for
